Entire roof is washed.  We offer two reseal options:

DICOR RESEAL.  

Reseal all existing seals on air vents, pipe vents, antennae, skylight,  front and back termination bars with Dicor.  This process is most common but is not maintenance free and should be visually inspected twice a year.  $590

PERMANENT RESEAL.  

In this process, we use  roof membrane imbedded in sealant to protect against expansion and contraction.  This is a MAINTENANCE FREE application and is recommended for roofs that are in very good shape and have a lot of life expectancy left, is subject to a varying climates, and for those who do not wish to perform routine maintenance.  $1500

We offer THREE options for roof coating.  All three options include complete roof washing and prep.

BASiC COATiNG.  

This application is best for units in warm climates year-round, have no water damage and need no repairs.  It prolongs the life of the original roof and reflects the sun to provide a cooler unit inside.

Includes reseal roof edges and corners, cut in around vents skylights, antennae, and AC units,  Coating is applied to roof deck which encompasses a seamless roof.  Any additional labor such as vent cover removal/replacement, AC removal and gasket replacement, solar panel removal, etc., are at additional cost ala carte.

Most travel trailers - $30 per linear foot (plf)

Most fifth wheel trailers are $35 plf.

5 YEAR SEAMLESS MAINTENANCE FREE ROOF SYSTEM.

This application is best for units that experience varying climates with NO structural damage.  

In addition to basic coating as above, we apply imbedded roof membrane to all extrusions and transitions to protect against expansion/contraction, and ONE layer of coating to all remaining surfaces.

Most travel trailers $80 plf,

Most fifth wheel trailers $85 plf.

20 YEAR SEAMLESS MAINTENANCE FREE ROOF SYSTEM

This application is best for customers that plan on keeping their unit long term, in changing climates and/or after structural damage.  Most insurance covered damage requires this application.

In addition to the 5 Year Seamless Maintenance Free Roofing System, this process includes AC units removed, compression gaskets replaced, all extrusions and transitions reinforced to protect against expansion and contraction, and TWO layers of roof material applied to all roof surfaces. As stated above, any additional repairs/work additional cost ala carte.

$110-$150 plf.

Additional fees for mileage and travel expenses when indicated.
